Is the sizing shown in length x width?
All sizing is written in length x width.
Can I get a framed print without mat?
All of our framed orders currently come with mat. If you would like a framed print without mat, please send us a message using the contact form.
What if my frame or print arrives damaged when it arrives?
We kindly request that you provide a photo of the damage via the contact form within 1 week of delivery. Our printer and framer require a photo of damage to create a replacement. You will always receive a replacement or full-refund in the event of damage.
My order is lost in transit - What happens now?
Use the contact form to send our team a message. Please include your order number. We will inquire with our printer and either locate your package or issue a replacement.
What is the return policy?
Because the photographer does not hold stock, returns are not accepted. If the product you ordered is damaged, you will always be able to receive a replacement or full refund.
